Tom is a data science geek and nerd: when he is not building new machine learning models, he helps to improve the experience of Blazing Notebooks or researches new technologies. He is obsessed with helping other data scientists build their models more efficiently, improving their productivity and reducing cost using GPUs. Before joining Blazing SQL, Tom spent five years at Microsoft working on various data science projects in the Windows and AzureML teams. Prior to that, he worked at multiple companies in Australia and in Poland, his home country. He holds a PhD in operations research from the University of New South Wales in Sydney, Australia, and an MA and BA in business administration and strategy management from the WSB-NLU in Poland.
