Emeka Obiodu

Emeka Obiodu leads global marketing for the Telecoms business unit at NVIDIA. He is responsible for marketing and ecosystem engagement for AI and GPU-accelerated computing in telecoms, including AI-on-5G. Prior to NVIDIA, Emeka spent six years with GSMA in London, where he led the 5G taskforce, working with the GSMA board and CSOs of the 25 largest global telcos to develop the industry 5G vision and the 5G Guide. Before GSMA, he spent 10 years as a telecoms analyst/consultant, authoring over 300 analyst reports and forecasts, presenting and leading strategy workshops on four continents, and featured extensively in the media. Emeka holds a PhD in Telecommunications Engineering from King’s College London, an MBA from the University of Warwick, and a bachelor’s degree in Engineering from FUT Owerri Nigeria.
