Yu-Ting Lin

After graduating from the EE Department of National Taiwan University, Yu-Ting Lin obtained a doctoral degree from Télécom Paris (ENST) and Orange Labs in France. His main research areas were distributed systems and telecommunications system performance optimization. Later, he entered the industry to develop big data applications using the Spark distributed architecture. In 2020, he joined Atgenomix to develop SeqsLab, a data management and computing platform on a hybrid cloud, to help clinical and biomedical research partners overcome the challenges brought by digital transformation and big data.
