Rajarshi Roy

Rajarshi Roy is a Senior Research Scientist in the NVIDIA Applied Deep Learning Research group. He investigates new ways of using deep learning, machine learning, and reinforcement learning to improve chip design, architecture, and systems. Before research, Rajarshi contributed to the design and verification of several GPU architectures as a hardware engineer in the NVIDIA GPU ASIC team. Rajarshi obtained his master’s in electrical engineering from Stanford University.
