Prakash Gurumurthy

Prakash Gurumurthy is a senior data scientist at NVIDIA focusing on applications in generative AI, LLMs, and RAG to drive innovative solutions. Previously, he was a founding engineer at the cybersecurity startup Palerra—later acquired by Oracle—where he led the development of the company’s core machine learning platform. He also served as a principal data scientist at PayPal, leveraging machine learning and AI for advanced fraud detection and other payment-related innovations. He holds a master’s degree from the University of Missouri Columbia and a bachelor's degree from IIT-BHU.
