Marwa Farag

Marwa Farag is a quantum algorithm engineer at NVIDIA. Her work at NVIDIA focuses on developing algorithms using the NVIDIA CUDA-Q platform in collaboration with researchers across academia and industry. Before NVIDIA, she led quantum computing efforts at Ford Motor Company focusing on the development of advanced materials simulation. She holds a Ph.D. in theoretical chemistry and computational modeling from the University of Murcia. After her Ph.D., she worked in academia as a postdoc at the Max-Planck Institute, University of Groningen, and at the University of Southern California. During her doctoral and postdoctoral research, she developed quantum chemical methods for applications including electronic structure theory and dynamics of chemical systems.
