Victor Chang

Victor Chang is a senior cloud software engineer with over 20 years of experience in software architecture, medical imaging, and AI infrastructure. At NVIDIA, he leads the development of healthcare AI platforms, including MONAI Deploy—adopted by the UK’s NHS—and contributes to the Holoscan SDK, CLI, and Holohub projects. Victor previously held key roles at GE Healthcare and Hologic, where he built secure, cloud-native medical systems on Azure and AWS. Passionate about using technology to improve lives, he specializes in DICOM, Kubernetes, microservices, and secure healthcare data pipelines.
