Matthias Lehnen is a Senior Software Engineer on the NVIDIA DRIVE Sim team, where he focuses on the development of non-visual sensor models. Matthias has several years of experience working in the automotive industry on ADAS/AD topics. He implemented predictive strategies for plug-in hybrid vehicles and developed environment perception algorithms using sensors such as radar, camera, and lidar. In his role as a technical lead, he oversaw the development of radar object tracking for series production projects. Matthias holds both a bachelor's and a master's degree in Mechanical Engineering from RWTH Aachen University.
