The NVIDIA DRIVE 7.0 AGX™ Platform Virtualization Development Guide introduces the NVIDIA virtualization solution and provides guidance on configuring the platform for use with the virtualization solution. The NVIDIA DRIVE AGX™ platform provides a virtualization solution that enables multiple Operating System (OS) domains to safely and securely run on the same system on a chip (SoC).

With NVIDIA virtualization, a guest OS is bound to one or more cores of the target processor. The binding enforces security restrictions and results in an environment where the guest OS runs on a specific subset of the cores of a multi-core processor minimizing the interference of the operation of the other guest operating systems that are running on the other cores.
