Ethernet VF Configuration

T23x MGBE and EQOS support hardware-assisted virtualization (multiple operating systems share underlying hardware). MGBE can support up to 5 VFs, and 10 RX and TX DMA channels shared across 5 VFs. EQOS can support up to 4 VFs, and 8 RX and TX DMA channels shared across 4 VFs.

To add a new ethernet virtual function:

• Ensure the server PCT definitions flags are enabled for the required builds
• Add a new Ethernet virtual function into the PCT configuration file
• Add a new platform device to the Linux DTSI configuration file
