Xiaowei Li

Xiaowei Li is a director in Hardware Infrastructure at NVIDIA, where he leads teams building agentic AI systems and system profiling infrastructure—spanning AI assistants, coding agents, kernel and inference optimization, and CPU/GPU cluster observability—to improve engineering productivity. Over 20 years at NVIDIA, his work has covered performance modeling, GPU tracing and simulation, the ChipNeMo language model for chip design, and the open-source OneLogger observability framework.
