Thomas Tang

Dr. Zheng (Thomas) Tang is a senior deep learning engineer at NVIDIA, working on artificial intelligence (AI) and computer vision for Metropolis. His research interests include intelligent transportation systems, object tracking, re-identification, action recognition, camera calibration, and synthetic data generation. He holds six U.S. patents and has over 20 publications in peer-reviewed journals and conferences. Dr. Tang received his Ph.D. in electrical and computer engineering from the University of Washington in 2019.
