Scott Thornton

Scott Thornton is a Quantum Computing Libraries Engineer at NVIDIA, specializing in AI inference for quantum error correction and algorithms for chemistry and materials science. Beyond quantum computing, his research interests span density functional theory (DFT) and time-dependent DFT for molecules and condensed matter. Scott received his Ph.D. in Condensed Matter Physics from the University of Tennessee.
