Reza Negahdar

Reza Negahdar is a senior solutions architect at NVIDIA, focused on advancing AI across digital health, clinical care, and pharmaceutical research. He works with healthcare, life sciences, and software organizations to build scalable agentic AI systems using NVIDIA AI software, including NeMo and open models such as Nemotron. His work spans clinical AI assistants, biomedical foundation models, and intelligent applications for drug discovery and healthcare delivery. Before joining NVIDIA, Reza was a director and senior principal AI scientist at Genentech, where he led clinical AI strategy and developed multimodal foundation models for biomedical applications. Earlier, he worked at IBM Research on clinical AI assistants. Reza holds a PhD in electrical and computer engineering from the University of Louisville and completed a postdoctoral fellowship at the Stanford School of Medicine.
