Francesco Paolo Albano is an AI engineering manager at iGenius, specializing in conversational AI. He drives AI research on large language models (LLMs) to enhance the company’s products with cutting-edge technologies. Before joining iGenius, Paolo developed advanced machine learning models in the manufacturing sector to optimize processes. Earlier in his career, he delivered AI solutions focused on natural language processing (NLP) and virtual assistants at a consulting firm. Paolo holds B.Sc. and M.Sc. in computer engineering from the Politecnico di Bari, where he also spent a year as a researcher.
