Nigel Nelson is a machine learning engineer on the NVIDIA Holoscan team, who contributes to the development of the Holoscan SDK as well as implements AI solutions that make use of this SDK. A recent college graduate, Nigel earned his bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from the Milwaukee School of Engineering. There, he worked as an undergraduate research assistant to develop an ML pipeline that was capable of detecting the presence of prostate cancer without the need for an invasive biopsy.
