Nathan Kundtz

Dr. Kundtz is a physicist, engineer, and entrepreneur. He works with Tectonic Ventures, Duke University, and numerous other organizations to find and build great companies. Dr. Kundtz has a master's in electrical engineering and Ph.D. in physics from Duke University. His work has covered topics in AI, metamaterials, microwave devices, and low-temperature condensed matter physics. He has authored or coauthored more than 40 patents and patent applications as well as over 30 peer reviewed publications; including award-winning doctoral research. Dr. Kundtz has been recognized by LinkedIn as one of the top 10 technology professionals under 40. He is one of Goldman Sachs’ 100 most intriguing entrepreneurs, Puget Sound 40 under 40, and has been inducted into the Duke Graduate School’s Few-Glasson Society.
