Marek Kolodziej is a Sr. Deep Learning Software Engineer on the Deep Learning Frameworks team at NVIDIA. His most recent work involved optimizing the performance of frameworks such as MxNet and TensorFlow. His 7-year software career has continually revolved around machine learning algorithm implementation and optimization, from Big Data technologies (Hadoop, Spark) to GPUs. His software background spans multiple technology stacks (C++, Python, Java, Scala). He holds a PhD in Energy and Environmental Systems from Boston University.
