Maximilian Golub is a senior ML engineer at NVIDIA, focusing on advancing speculative decoding algorithms for generative AI through thoughtful co-design. He has previously contributed to research on MoE scaling, structured sparsity, and the MXFP quantization formats. Maximilian holds a Master of Applied Science in Computer Engineering from the University of British Columbia, and a bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Washington.
