Mahdi Azizian is a senior director of engineering at NVIDIA, focusing on development of the Holoscan Platform. Mahdi holds a PhD in Electrical and Computer Engineering from Western University in Canada. Prior to joining NVIDIA in 2021, he spent almost a decade at Intuitive, focusing on bringing image guidance and intelligence to surgical robots. Mahdi’s technical interests involve intelligent medical devices, medical robotics, and real-time systems.
