Kai Wombacher

Kai Wombacher is a product manager at NVIDIA focused on the operational quality of Kubernetes for AI infrastructure. His work centers on cluster health, availability, performance, and observability. He helps define what a healthy GPU cluster looks like and builds tools that enable teams to catch problems before they reach production. Before joining NVIDIA, Kai spent three and a half years at IBM/Kubecost leading product strategy for Kubernetes cost optimization, observability, and FinOps. He helped platform teams understand and control Kubernetes spending at scale.
