Johnny Greco

Johnny Greco is a Senior Manager at NVIDIA and leads OpenShell Research, an applied research and engineering initiative developing practical systems for agentic AI on the OpenShell runtime. His work draws on more than 15 years of experience leading research across astrophysics, synthetic data, and agentic AI. Earlier in his career, Johnny was an astrophysicist building novel tools to discover and model some of the most diffuse galaxies in the universe. He holds a Ph.D. in astrophysics from Princeton University and a B.S. in physics from The Ohio State University.
