Jennifer Williams

Jennifer Williams is a senior researcher at NVIDIA on the Nemotron data, scaling and evaluation team. She develops evaluation methods that use early training signals to predict model capabilities and guide data recipes and training decisions. Her background is in machine learning and natural language processing, and she holds a PhD from Carnegie Mellon University’s School of Computer Science.
