Jeroen Snippe

Jeroen Snippe is a principal reservoir engineer in UPV (Amsterdam) and a subject matter expert in CO2 storage, containment, and integrated reservoir modeling. He started at Shell in 1997 in the in-house state-of-the-art reservoir simulator development team. Between 2003 and 2009, he worked in Aberdeen on North Sea well and reservoir management and field redevelopment. Since 2009, he has specialized in research and deployment of Reactive Transport Modeling technologies and specialist simulation, supporting CO2 sequestration as well as acid gas injection and water injection projects. Jeroen has a PhD in Physics (1997) from Leiden University.
