Fitsum Reda

Fitsum Reda is a principal research scientist in the Deep Imagination Research (DIR) group at NVIDIA. Fitsum joined NVIDIA in 2016 as the first employee of its Applied Deep Learning Research (ADLR) group. Previously, he was a research scientist at Google Research. He earned his Ph.D. in electrical engineering from Vanderbilt University and an M.S. in computer vision and robotics from Heriot-Watt University. His research interests include deep generative models and multimodal large language models.
