Dan Ernst

Dan Ernst is the senior director of supercomputing products at NVIDIA, where he explores the intersection of NVIDIA technology and challenging scientific problems. Prior to NVIDIA, he led technology pathfinding in multiple domains across HPC and cloud systems architecture, including leading the memory architecture team at Microsoft Azure and as principal investigator and architect of Cray’s exascale computing programs. Dan received his Ph. D. in Computer Science and Engineering from the University of Michigan, where he studied high-performance, low-power, and fault-tolerant microarchitectures.
