Charles Gouert

Charles Gouert is a research scientist in the Programming Systems and Applications research team at NVIDIA. His area of expertise lies in applied cryptography, secure and verifiable computation, and hardware acceleration of cryptographic primitives, such as fully homomorphic encryption, which was the focus of his Ph.D. thesis at the University of Delaware. He holds a B.Sc. in computer engineering from the University of Delaware.
