Bilal Kartal is a senior deep learning scientist at NVIDIA, specializing in learning and planning based decision-making systems. He has cross-domain experience spanning a variety of fields, including automated trading, autonomous driving technologies, and, more recently, large language models with reasoning capabilities. Bilal holds a Ph.D. degree in Computer Science and Engineering from the University of Minnesota.
