Bruno Alvisio

Bruno Alvisio is a senior software engineer for Digital Biology on the BioNeMo team at NVIDIA, where he focuses on efficient training and fine-tuning algorithms for Transformers in biological applications. Before joining NVIDIA, he contributed to research at the intersection of medical imaging and machine learning, including AI-driven retinal cell visualization and automated OCT segmentation using deep learning. He received his MSc in Aerospace Engineering with Information Technology from MIT in 2015.
