Andrey Alekseenko

Andrey Alekseenko is a researcher at the PDC Center for High Performance Computing at KTH Royal Institute of Technology in Stockholm. He is a core developer of the GROMACS molecular dynamics engine, where he is working on performance optimizations for various heterogeneous architectures. Andrey earned his Ph.D. in mathematical modeling from the Moscow Institute of Physics and Technology in 2017. He completed his first postdoctoral position at the applied biocomputation group at Stony Brook University before joining KTH in 2020.
