Maor Ashkenazi

Maor Ashkenazi is a team leader and senior researcher at NVIDIA, focusing on LLM inference algorithms. His recent work centers on speculative decoding, bridging model research and inference systems to deliver practical end-to-end speedups. Maor has completed his doctoral studies in Computer Science at Ben-Gurion University of the Negev. He also holds a master's degree in Computer Science and a bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering, awarded summa cum laude.
