Call for Submissions: NVIDIA FLARE Day US + EMEA and APAC 2025
Decentralized AI is reshaping our world, and federated learning is at the heart of this transformation. Following the success of NVIDIA FLARE Day 2024, we are excited to announce two upcoming online events in September 2025:
NVIDIA FLARE Day US + EMEA: September 17
NVIDIA FLARE Day APAC: September 24
Both events are half-day webinars designed to connect experts in federated learning across US + EMEA and APAC time zones respectively. These online gatherings promise a unique opportunity to engage with the NVIDIA FLARE community, showcase real-world federated learning applications, and explore its transformative potential across various industries.

In addition to the main events, we are hosting hands-on interactive workshops on the day before each event:
US + EMEA FLARE Workshop: September 16
APAC FLARE Workshop: September 23
These half-day workshops offer participants the chance to dive deep into NVIDIA FLARE tools and techniques, guided by experts. Attendees will engage in practical exercises and interactive sessions designed to enhance their federated learning expertise.
Call for Submissions
We invite NVIDIA FLARE users and federated learning experts from diverse industries to submit talks for NVIDIA FLARE Day 2025.

Session Formats
We are accepting proposals for the following session formats:
Session Talks: In-depth presentations on specific topics (15–20 minutes)
Lightning Talks: Concise, high-impact presentations (5 minutes)
Submission Requirements
Please include the following in your submission:
Title: A concise, descriptive title for the session
Abstract: A summary of the session (150–300 words)
Speaker Information: Name, short bio, and contact details for each presenter
Learning Objectives: Key takeaways for attendees
Selection Criteria
Proposals will be evaluated based on:
Relevance: Alignment with the event theme and target audience
Originality: New ideas, research, or approaches
Real-World Use Case: Federated computing in real-world applications
Clarity: Well-structured and compelling abstract
Impact: Potential to inspire or drive meaningful discussion
