AV PCT Input/Output Resource Assignment

The ownership of peripherals is divided between the guest OS VM(s) and the HVRTOS-servers.

The guest_io_periph_assign.h file defines peripheral assignment.

SOC refers to the chip family you are using, for example, t23x or t264.
