Common Use Cases

These use cases describe typical system and VM power state transitions managed by the PM Server and LCM framework. All the examples refer to a single VM scenario which can be extended to multi-VM in future DriveOS releases. Each sequence ensures coordinated state changes across the SoC and VM.

Coldboot

Purpose: Start the system from a powered-off state. In this case, we are booting VM by default (based on PM Server DTS).

Purpose: Safely power down the system.
