To build CUDA with tegra-drive-os-av-image

Example to extract the CUDA-toolkit-version:

nvidia@dl20-0441:/drive$ ls /drive/drive-linux/toolkits/cuda/drive-os-av/driveos-cuda* | sort

 /drive/drive-linux/toolkits/cuda/drive-os-av/driveos-cuda-thor-nsr-tegra-repo-ubuntu2404-12-8-local_12.8.11-1_arm64.deb

The CUDA-toolkit-version is 12.8.

1. Export CUDA_ENABLE with:

   export CUDA_ENABLE=<CUDA-toolkit-version>
   

2. Build or rebuild the image:

   bitbake tegra-drive-os-av-image
