This form is to be completed only by a certified DLI University Ambassador. Please submit a separate form for each Ambassador Workshop you are requesting. This provides the DLI team with information required to create your workshop Event Code. You will receive an email from the DLI team with the Event Code and next steps usually a few weeks prior to your event.
