NVMeshMender is a library that prepares your geometry for per-pixel lighting by creating a proper tangent basis at each vertex. The latest version of NVMeshMender is now included in the NVIDIA SDK, installed by default under C:\Program Files\NVIDIA Corporation\SDK \LIBS\lib\Release\nv_meshmender.lib.
